Over the past year, we worked together to overcome difficulties, during which time a number of innovative and outstanding collectives and pragmatic and dedicated individuals emerged.

As the year draws to a close and new chapters unfold, Qingdao Haoyue Group held a grand annual meeting on January 13, 2024, at the Wyndham Hotel in Xinjiang, themed "Forging Ahead with Determination and Overcoming Challenges." Chairman Zhao Piguang delivered a New Year's address, summarizing the past year's work and outlining new requirements for the coming year: adhering to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, promoting stability through progress, driving innovation, revitalizing existing assets, focusing on incremental growth, and ensuring the company's healthy and orderly development. Vice Chairman and General Manager Zhao Yang announced the decision to commend outstanding units and individuals for 2023, and called on all employees to emulate these role models, be courageous in innovation, fulfill their responsibilities, and strive to become experts in their respective fields, working together to build a century-old Haoyue.

On November 17, 2023, in order to solidly promote the second batch of thematic education and thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and further enhance the ideological and theoretical literacy of the company's Party members and cadres, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of Loushan Street on Conducting Centralized Training for Grassroots Party Members during the Second Batch of Thematic Education," and after research by the Street Party Working Committee and the Party School (Party Member Education Center), it was decided to hold the first centralized training course for grassroots Party members on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in Loushan Street, along with a Party lecture by the Party Secretary. All Party members of the company participated in this event.

On January 13, 2024, the Group commended outstanding teams and individuals for their performance in 2023. Mr. Zhao Yang, Vice Chairman and General Manager, announced the decision to recognize the advanced teams and individuals of 2023. Qingdao Haoyue Building Materials Market Management Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Advanced Team"; the Gas Tank Welding Team of the Automotive Parts Division, the Production Team of the Parking Equipment Division, and the Machining Team of the Rubber Machinery Division were awarded the title of "Excellent Team"; Comrade Xu Tingquan was awarded the title of "Model Cadre"; Comrade Cheng Liguang was awarded the title of "Pioneer Party Member"; Comrade Mou Chundong was awarded the title of "Craftsman Spirit"; and 11 individuals, including Hou Enlin, Han Maohai, Zhang Mingjun, Ji Hailong, Yu Guangmei, Guo Jianjian, He Zuobing, Gao Na, Liu Zongguo, Yu Chunbo, and Zhao Kehong, were awarded the title of "Advanced Individual." These awards are hereby presented to them.

On the evening of January 16th, all employees of Qingdao Haoyue Group held a grand annual meeting at the Xinjiang Wyndham Hotel with the theme of "Moving Forward with Responsibility in 2021, Striving for Excellence in 2022". Mr. Zhao Piguang, Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech at the meeting, summarizing the work of the past year and setting higher requirements for the work in the new year: adhere to innovation; deepen reform; stimulate vitality; prevent risks; seek progress while maintaining stability; and maintain high-quality development of the enterprise. Mr. Zhao Yang, Vice Chairman and General Manager, announced the decision to commend advanced units and individuals in 2021, and called on all cadres and employees to take the advanced as role models and strive to create a century-old Haoyue.

On August 20, 2021, with the strong support of the Licang District Federation of Trade Unions, the Haoyue Group's employee skills competition kicked off. Everyone participated in the competition with high enthusiasm, demonstrating their excellent skills, based on the premise of "obeying operating procedures and paying attention to safety."
