They overcame numerous technical challenges, ensuring the smooth completion of production plans and making significant contributions to the company's safe production and quality control. Xu Tingquan: As a company cadre, he has been dedicated to his post for over thirty years, working tirelessly on the front lines of production. Facing arduous tasks, he always takes the lead, overcoming numerous difficulties with his profound professional knowledge and rich experience to ensure the smooth operation of production. He comes from the front lines, has grown up on the front lines, and has made the front lines what they are today. In addition to ensuring the safe operation of the company's production equipment, he actively participates in various company renovations, successfully completing assigned tasks and receiving praise from leaders at all levels.

Yu Chunbo: Undeterred by scorching heat or bitter cold, he never forgets his original aspirations, is dedicated to his work, diligent and conscientious, proactive, and always willing to help others. He is responsible for all aspects of factory environment and landscaping work, obeys leadership arrangements, works hard without complaint, and demonstrates outstanding performance in all tasks, truly embodying the qualities of an excellent Communist Party member.

Sheng Feixia: Over the past year, Sheng Feixia led her team to achieve a zero-error rate in the warehouse, ensuring smooth production. When dealing with emergencies, she always responded immediately, quickly resolving issues and ensuring the production line did not halt due to parts shortages. She not only completed daily management tasks but also proactively proposed and implemented numerous improvement measures, increasing warehouse operational efficiency and significantly reducing inventory backlog and waste.

Liu Zongguo: Facing complex and ever-changing road conditions and high service standards, he rose to the challenge, always remaining steadfast in his post to ensure the successful completion of every delivery task. He strictly adheres to company rules and regulations, possesses extensive driving experience, and rigorously follows vehicle usage and maintenance regulations to ensure safe driving and timely delivery, demonstrating outstanding performance. In urgent delivery situations, he always works overtime without hesitation to ensure customer needs are met promptly, showcasing exceptional professionalism and service awareness.

Cui Lisong: During his work, he not only completed daily security tasks but also strengthened nighttime patrols, significantly improving the market's safety level. In the face of severe weather, he always responded immediately, quickly organizing merchants to implement preventative measures to ensure market facilities were not damaged, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. He always provided enthusiastic service and timely assistance to meet the needs of merchants and customers, earning unanimous praise and establishing a positive market image.

Li Fusheng: He is conscientious and responsible, hardworking and honest, with solid professional skills and rich experience in production and manufacturing. He is good at identifying and analyzing problems, and he pays attention to methods. He actively participates in technological innovation and process improvement, which greatly improves production efficiency. He plays an exemplary role in the workshop and has made outstanding contributions to the development of the company.

Cui Yuanzhang: He has consistently performed well at work, is able to follow instructions, takes the lead actively, and works well with colleagues, cooperating seamlessly and proactively completing tasks assigned by superiors. While fulfilling his own responsibilities, he ensured the normal operation of workshop production equipment, contributing to the workshop's output, quality, and efficiency, and earning unanimous praise from colleagues, quality inspectors, and superiors.

Jin Jishuai: An employee in the tie rod workshop. Since joining the company, he has always strictly adhered to company regulations in his daily work, diligently performing his duties. During production, he conscientiously conducts product quality checks and proactively assists colleagues and the team leader in their work.                

Ma Peifu: Possesses a spirit of not being afraid of hardship or fatigue. He is conscientious, hardworking, and does not care about personal gains or losses. He obeys the team leader's arrangements and can proactively help other positions when manpower is tight. He has a positive work attitude, is open-minded, cares about and loves the team. He once won the first prize in the welding skills group organized by Licang District.

Wang Huanyang: Since joining the company in 2019, I have strictly abided by the company's rules and regulations, worked hard to learn labor skills and study CNC technology. I can skillfully operate many high-difficulty machining workpieces and complete them with high quality and quantity. I have won the first prize in the ball head machining CNC operation skills competition organized by Licang District and the company's advanced individual award!

Zhang Wenlong: Since joining the company, he has been honest and trustworthy, dedicated to his post, and always completes his work on time and in accordance with quality standards. He works overtime without complaint, selflessly dedicating his youth and energy. In addition to fulfilling daily production tasks, he proactively proposed and implemented several improvement measures, which significantly increased workshop production efficiency and reduced production costs.
