As the Year of the Snake bids farewell and the Year of the Horse embarks on a new journey, the Qingdao Haoyue Group's 2025 Year-End Summary Conference and 2026 New Year's Meeting were grandly held at the Wyndham Hotel in Xinjiang on January 17, 2026. With the core theme of "Striving for Progress and Achieving Steady and Sustainable Development," the conference aimed to build consensus among all employees, jointly envision a bright future, celebrate the hard work of the past year, and prepare for the journey ahead in the new year.

In 2025, the macroeconomic environment was complex and challenging, and market competition intensified. The Group's development stood at a critical juncture, facing both opportunities and challenges. Throughout the year, all staff members united and worked diligently, shouldering their responsibilities with the mindset of "success doesn't have to be mine," overcoming difficulties with the belief that "success will definitely include me," and cultivating their core business with meticulous craftsmanship, forging new paths for development. A large number of advanced collectives and individuals emerged across all fronts and positions, demonstrating courage, dedication, and teamwork. They are the backbone of the Group's development, role models for all employees, and embody the spirit of "struggle, dedication, pragmatism, and innovation" of Haoyue people through their actions, injecting strong momentum into the Group's breakthrough against the odds and steady progress.

"No pain, no gain." With his diligence, dedication, and sense of responsibility, General Manager Zhao Yang has made positive contributions to the company in his professional field, enhanced the company's independent innovation capabilities, and earned the company a series of honors, including "Qingdao Specialized and Innovative Enterprise", "Shandong Famous Trademark", "National High-tech Enterprise", and "National AAA-level Quality and Credit Enterprise".

On December 2, 2024, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Private Economy Development announced the list of "Qingdao Leading Private Enterprises", and Qingdao Haoyue Machinery Co., Ltd. was among them.

To deepen the study and education of Party history, vigorously promote revolutionary traditions, pass on the red gene, and give full play to the exemplary role of Party members, on the eve of July 1st, the Group's Party Branch organized all Party members to embark on a red journey, visiting the Laixi Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs. All Party members renewed their oath of joining the Party at the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument and carefully read about the war history in the Martyrs' Memorial Hall. The cruelty of war made us understand how hard-won our current good life is.

On the evening of January 16th, all employees of Qingdao Haoyue Group held a grand annual meeting at the Xinjiang Wyndham Hotel with the theme of "Moving Forward with Responsibility in 2021, Striving for Excellence in 2022". Mr. Zhao Piguang, Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech at the meeting, summarizing the work of the past year and setting higher requirements for the work in the new year: adhere to innovation; deepen reform; stimulate vitality; prevent risks; seek progress while maintaining stability; and maintain high-quality development of the enterprise. Mr. Zhao Yang, Vice Chairman and General Manager, announced the decision to commend advanced units and individuals in 2021, and called on all cadres and employees to take the advanced as role models and strive to create a century-old Haoyue.

On August 20, 2021, with the strong support of the Licang District Federation of Trade Unions, the Haoyue Group's employee skills competition kicked off. Everyone participated in the competition with high enthusiasm, demonstrating their excellent skills, based on the premise of "obeying operating procedures and paying attention to safety."
