On July 11, 2025, the award ceremony for the company's all-employee rationalization proposal activity, meticulously organized by the company's labor union, was held in the group. This ceremony was an important measure to thoroughly implement the Group Chairman's strategic call for "all-employee cost reduction and efficiency improvement" and the General Manager's work deployment for "lean management and efficiency creation." It aimed to commend advanced collectives and individuals who actively contributed ideas, further stimulate the enthusiasm for innovation among all employees, strengthen their sense of ownership, and inject strong new momentum into the company's high-quality development.

Since the launch of the activity, under the high attention and guidance of the Chairman and General Manager, from the production line to functional departments, all employees have tapped their potential based on their positions and offered practical suggestions, creating a surge of enthusiasm for innovation and efficiency creation. The activity collected a total of 203 rationalization proposals, covering a wide range of key areas such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, efficiency improvement, process improvement, repair and reuse, process optimization, and cost saving. These suggestions included both directly implementable "golden ideas" and long-term "good ideas," reflecting everyone's keen attention and sense of responsibility for the company's development. After rounds of screening and professional review by the trade union review panel, a number of outstanding groups and individuals have emerged.

The ceremony was held in a lively atmosphere. Union Chairman Wang Lei first gave a comprehensive explanation and summary of the company-wide rationalization proposal activity, and then announced the list of award recipients. The activity awarded one first prize, two second prizes, five third prizes, two departments with outstanding organization awards, and twelve individuals with encouragement awards.
